How do I contact support?
The best way to reach support is via email at wekann@proton.me or through the chat function in the store. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We try to respond as quickly as possible.
Where can I find my order?
You can find your orders in your account. You can access your account via the menu bar. You must be logged in to view your orders.
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. To cancel, please send us an email to wekann@proton.me with your order number and details of the order.
Are international orders accepted?
We also sell and ship internationally. Should you encounter any problems with checkout, shipping, or payment, please don't hesitate to contact us: wekann@proton.me . You can find all information regarding shipping conditions here.
